This 10-1/2 Ft x 12 Ft cage is an excellent example of maximum cubic feet with sturdy bolt together construction and beautiful style.
It will accommodate six to eight large birds and 12 to 14 medium size birds. Want to house a colony of finches, cockatiels, love birds, budgies, or parakeets? This is a great cage to do that in. It will comfortably accommodate up to 100 small birds and more than 200 finches.
You will need 143 one foot by one foot concrete pavers from your local home improvement store to make a base for this unit. Please take your time and make sure you lay them down level before you assemble the aviary. Existing concrete slabs or wood decks also make great bases. If you are pouring your own slab you will need a slab measuring 11 ft. X 13 ft. at a minimum. Opening under cage panels is only ½ inch. Simply hose it off every day or two and presto; the clean up is done!
