What cookies are

The tools don’t need tracking

The bird-care calculators run entirely in your browser and work without advertising or analytics cookies. The species you select and the numbers you enter are used to compute a result on your device; disabling non-essential cookies does not stop the tools from working.

Analytics

If we use an analytics service, it sets cookies to report aggregate, anonymous usage — for example which guides and tools are most visited — so we can improve the site. This data is not used to identify you.

Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies, or warn you before one is set, in its settings or preferences. Blocking all cookies may affect how some sites work, but not the BirdToyOutlet calculators themselves.
